Helping my sister get fit!

I haven't seen my sister in two and a half months because she moved to Yuma Arizona with her boyfriend.  I don't really miss her. I feel like she is just away to college. She seems to make a really big deal about being away from her family and i just really don't think she needs to make a big deal about it. My sister came home for Christmas and i was very shocked at what i saw.                                                                                                                                                                                               My sister was quite a bit bigger than the last time i saw her. I was so shocked that she was big and so I asked her if she was pregnant. I really just wanted to know and I am not afraid to ask my sister anything and I mean anything. So I kept asking her and one night Allison and I were at my house and we both asked her and she said no I know I'm not because I took 5 pregnancy tests. I definitely didn't mean to make her do that!                                                                                     Well my sister and I got to talking and she was telling me how she really is going to start to workout once she gets home. I told her that was great. I am going to make this for her and put things in it like go for a walk with the cat. I also will put things in it like run a mile, do ten sit-ups, and you know nice easy things like that. If she actually goes along with this she could lose a lot of weight!

Doin my hair!

I am going to do all of these to my own hair. I love to curl my hair and i also love to braid it. It only takes a few minutes to braid my hair and like a half an hour to curl my hair. Doing hair is one of my favorite things to do when i don't really have anything to do. 

Braiding is a very helpfull skill to know how to do. For all sports I usually have to braid almost all of the girls hair. It helps keep your hair out of your face and you still look good. If you are in a hurry you can do that. It takes me about 5 minutes to braid my own hair.  Therefore i braid my own hair all the time.

Curling your own hair takes a little more time than braiding your hair because you have to hold the curling iron there for a little bit so that your hair actually gets hot and has a curl. It is also very hard to curl the back of your hair because you can't see the back of your hair. Curling your hair takes a little bit of talent that some people don't have .
